The company has developed good customers and is a profitable operation. We are in the process of transcending the boundaries that lie between life and work, and believe that work should be fun, a place of joy. We will have a company that is a place that each of us wake in the morning, itching to get the day started, making each interaction we have on the way to the shop, at the shop, and every interaction after we are finished ath the shop until we rest for a new day, positive and inspired, as often as possible.
<br>
I am looking for an experienced individual that knows what I am talking about, or wants to be part of a team that brings these concepts to fruition by supporting my two already able managers, primarily my general manager. Experience in machining, shop floor management, ISO and other Quality systems are all great. Knowing the importance of accurate and honest communication with customers will be a necessary skill.
