A family of 4, expecting a new arrivial in June, looking for an apartment to rent in the guilford/sangerville/abbot/parkman (SAD #4 school district) Area. Will move out of district if have to but prefer to stay in this area until the end of the school year. Looking for something no more than $350 a month. Right now we only have Tanf to work with. Which is only $485 a month and we'd need some money to buy stuff for the apartment. We have $700 up front right now. Please reply back. On the waiting list for section 8 but penquis area has no funding right now. Please if you have a place we could rent for that reply to this email, living with family is too much for us and we need our own place.
