Hi, my name is Melissa and I am looking for a 3 bedroom apt or house in york county that will accept section 8. Heat must be included and I do have two small dogs (under ten pounds) who are completely housebroken. I have two children who are 10 and 13. I have had a section 8 voucher for almost 13 years, and if you know anything about section 8, your rent is guaranteed. I have good references, and I am hoping to move as soon as I can give notice. I do not have a lot of money for a deposit, but could work out a monthly payment with you, or am willing to do repairs and cleaning, or painting too.
