Interested in finding a drummer, guitarist and bass player to form gritty little blues band. I sing the blues pretty well and play half-decent lead and rhythm. Play a little harmonica too. Want to start out jamming casually w/the the goal being to get serious enough to play on Main St. during next year's Pub Crawl for the Blues Fest and maybe start playing bars too. How cool would that be?! My influences are Stevie Ray Vaughn, Clapton, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, Guitar Shorty, Robert Cray, Albert King, John Lee Hooker, Johnny Winter, Keb Mo and of course Robert Johnson, among others. If you have a passion for the blues that makes your hair stand on end or you drool on your guitar while playing the blues, you are who I'm looking for. If you have the space to host jams - barn or whatever...would be good. I have a Fender Passport PA, Sure SM57 mic, Black Box effects processor, Peavey Classic 30 tube amp, Ibanez acoustic w/Dean Markley soundhole p-up and a rip-off, but bad-ass sounding strat my tech buddy built for me.
