Looking for a month-to-month rental 1+ bedroom, furnished rental. Am working on a writing a book and need a peaceful, comfortable, quiet place to write. I cannot commit to a lease situation or an entire winter rental, but will definitley commit to one month at a time. I'm a quiet, responsible female and very respectful of property, clean and neat. I'm a non-smoker w/no pets and need a place that is non-smoking and does not allow pets as I have a wicked cat allergy so if there was EVER a cat on the premises, my allergies will kick in! I prefer a house or cottage, but would consider a condo if on a top floor and QUIET! The rental must have the following:
-Hardwood Floors (no carpet)
- Off-street parking
- Wireless Internet
- Cable TV (TV in bedroom a +)
- Microwave, fridge, etc.
- Washer/Dryer
