I'm looking for a cubicle sized space to rent. I work remotely so I need a space to hang my hat. I prefer to be around people, so if you have a cubicle that's empty, why not collect some money and have an energetic guy around the office. I work in online advertising so having Internet services is paramount. I'm looking to rent ASAP. I prefer to do a month/month agreement. I have references and currently rent a space in NYC (microoffices.com) as well.
