"My friend and I had such an enjoyable time at your Brunswick, ME rental. The house was absolutely adorable. Everything we needed was already at the house. From dishes to linen to a grill it was there if we needed it. We really appreciated having the nice booklet you prepared with information on all the things to do in the area.
We went to Bailey's Island and had dinner at Cooks Lobster House which was amazing. It was about a 20 minute ride and it was so picturesque to have a Lobster dinner at sunset with all of the boats coming and going. We also spent a day in Portland. Plenty of funky gift shops, restaurants and tours, etc. We also spent one afternoon and just walked up to downtown Brunswick and enjoyed exploring the shops. Such a great location to stay in. Twenty minutes this way or that way and you can find plenty to do. Or just spending time around the adorable house and yard with hot tub and outdoor grill is equally enjoyable!! Thank you for letting us stay at your house."

"My family stayed for four nights and had a great time! The house was lovely, very clean and kid-friendly. We cooked in a couple of nights and used the gas grill. There are all the comforts of home and one of Maine's great towns - Brunswick - is just steps away. We highly recommend staying here.

We have a new chalet that is located in Bethel ME conveniently located near Sunday River Resort. Bethel is also a great summer vacation destination for those who love the outdoors. In fact the home has a trail that leads to two mountain brooks and waterfalls on the property and has great views of foliage.
The home has four bedrooms and an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The living area opens onto an enormous deck which is perfect to watch the sun setting over the western mountains.

We have enjoyed much success with informally "time-sharing" our unit,
so that a "partner" and ourselves get plenty of usage during the season.
We have found that it works seamlessly and is a practical, hassle-free
way for all to enjoy outstanding accommodations during winter season
getaways.
Our home enjoys a full south/southwesterly exposure, with large windows
along the entire south side and provides an abundance of warm sunlight,
and pleasant views of surrounding trees and natural areas. From the windows
of the sunroom, there are views of the ski runs on White Cap Peak ("White
Heat" trail).
Entering our townhouse either through the front door or directly from the
over-sized garage, you will notice as you look to the left, a large kitchen
with cherry-stained cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. There is a
pass-thru opening over a breakfast bar with two stools to an 8-seat
dining table..
The open plan continues into the family room with " L-shaped" seating plan,
gas fireplace and entertainment center (with enclosed 40" Sony LCD TV
with cable). Beyond, there is a 12x12 sunroom perfect for relaxing or reading.
A first-floor master bedroom/bath is located off the family room, with a large
walk-in closet. There is also a separate 1/2 bath and a laundry room with a
super capacity washer and dryer
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and full bathroom.The rooms are large
and well-furnished, with ample closets for storage.One bedroom has classic
country/cottage-style furniture including a queen bed, chest of drawers,
dresser, two night tables and a television. The other has a traditional cherry-
stained maple set, with a double bed, dresser with mirror, chest, and two
night stands There is also a separate twin bed in that room, as well as the
capability for a roll-away bed in either bedroom.
Both downhill and cross-country skiers have the convenience of a free
shuttle-bus service (the "Mt Explorer") which has a pick-up point less than 60
feet from our front door. It provides a complimentary 5-minute ride to/ from the
Sunday River Ski-way lifts and also the S/R Inn's cross-country trails (as well
as to/from Bethel village). This transportation network is a real plus, making
it extremely convenient for skiers, but also for the non-skiers who may want
the convenience and flexibility to come-and-go as they please by car to explore
areas of interest, without any concern of stranding members of their party at
the mountain.
The nearby community of Bethel is considered Maine's most beautiful mountain
village with interesting shops, cafes, traditional inns, churches, library, the
Western Maine Historic Society, 4-screen movie theatre, and great dining,
all less than a 10-minute drive. Restaurants in our immediate area include
the Matterhorn just to the south and west of our location and also Liams and
the Brew Pub located approx 2-3 mi south on S/R Road, near its intersection
with Rt 2.

We went to Bailey's Island and had dinner at Cooks Lobster House which was amazing. It was about a 20 minute ride and it was so picturesque to have a Lobster dinner at sunset with all of the boats coming and going. We also spent a day in Portland. Plenty of funky gift shops, restaurants and tours, etc. We also spent one afternoon and just walked up to downtown Brunswick and enjoyed exploring the shops. Such a great location to stay in. Twenty minutes this way or that way and you can find plenty to do. Or just spending time around the adorable house and yard with hot tub and outdoor grill is equally enjoyable!! It was about a 20 minute ride and it was so picturesque to have a Lobster dinner at sunset with all of the boats coming and going. We also spent a day in Portland. Plenty of funky gift shops, restaurants and tours, etc. We also spent one afternoon and just walked up to downtown Brunswick and enjoyed exploring the shops. Such a great location to stay in. Twenty minutes this way or that way and you can find plenty to do. Or just spending time around the adorable house and yard with hot tub and outdoor grill is equally enjoyable!! The house sleeps up to eight people in two open loft bedrooms and a cozy, visually private guestroom/library on two Queen sized beds, one Queen sofa bed and one Full-sized futon pullout sofa, all very comfortable. There is a whirlpool tub and a stand-up shower, plus a half bath with sunken vessel sink. A country kitchen including a classic cast iron/enameled cook stove, gas range, and slate countertops with mountain views from the sink. elegant décor throughout. This house is intimate and romantic, while the views on all sides bring the outside in and lend it an incredibly expansive feel. Jaw-dropping!
If you are looking for absolutely breathtaking 360-degree views enjoyed in complete privacy five to eight minutes drive from two quaint harbor towns, then this vacation getaway is for you. Perched high on a mountainside, this house is of Log/Post and Beam construction with open floor plan, large wrap-around porch, lofts, cathedral ceiling, and with windows and skylights on all sides to let in the truly magnificent, commanding vistas.
The peace and quiet and privacy here will amaze you, and there is virtually no traffic near us as we are situated at the turnaround of a small paved road high on the slope, and at the end of a long, steep private drive. On the surrounding mountains to the Ocean, on all sides you will see nothing but forests and meadows dotted by a few fine houses in the distance with their cheerful lights at night.
Forests below you and blueberry fields above, you look down over the lush treetops or pick your own blueberries in season above the house. All neighbors are acres away and almost completely invisible. You will have to crick your neck to see the rooftop of one of them behind you from the wide porch, and then you will only see a part of a roof. You may see bald eagles and hawks soar below you!
You see dozens of the islands on the Ocean, with Cadillac Mountain in the distance on Mt. Desert Island in Acadia National Park 50 miles away as the crow flies. The sunrise—if you are up for it—will sparkle on the water and sunsets will turn it a deep pink. The area provides infinite possibility for the Nature lover, sailor, historian, art aficionado, birdwatcher or stargazer. For those who long for the water there are daysails, bareboat charters (better be an experienced skipper), lighthouse trips, lobster fishing cruises and ecotours, lobster-bakes on islands, ferries, whale-watching, kayak and rafting trips, and three to six day nautical adventures on the classic tall ships and wooden schooners known locally and historically as Windjammers. For landlubbers there are hiking trails, starting right outside your door, all over Camden Hills State Park and beyond, as well as on breathtakingly beautiful trails known only to locals, which we will share with you when you come. If you are a bird lover, you will have an overwhelming chorus of birdsong right up at the house. The night sky is amazing. There is world-class cuisine and all manner of dining experiences, from waterfront fish-shacks to French to be had in the area, as well as the Farnsworth Art Museum, home of the Wyeth collection, and historic old harbors and quaint, busy waterfronts everywhere, filled with fishing vessels, luxury yachts from all over the world, and classic wooden sailboats.

Take exit 36 (formerly exit 5). Merge onto I-195 and follow for 2.5 miles.

Located in the heart of downtown Old Orchard Beach, the pier is directly across from our building with Palace Playland to the right. The building is comprised of 51 private condominiums with 8 retail spaces conveniently located on the first floor of the Grand Victorian. "My friend and I had such an enjoyable time at your Brunswick, ME rental. The house was absolutely adorable. Everything we needed was already at the house. From dishes to linen to a grill it was there if we needed it. We really appreciated having the nice booklet you prepared with information on all the things to do in the area.
We went to Bailey's Island and had dinner at Cooks Lobster House which was amazing. It was about a 20 minute ride and it was so picturesque to have a Lobster dinner at sunset with all of the boats coming and going. We also spent a day in Portland. Plenty of funky gift shops, restaurants and tours, etc. We also spent one afternoon and just walked up to downtown Brunswick and enjoyed exploring the shops. Such a great location to stay in. Twenty minutes this way or that way and you can find plenty to do. Or just spending time around the adorable house and yard with hot tub and outdoor grill is equally enjoyable!! Thank you for letting us stay at your house."

"I can't believe our vacation is over already. Thank you so much for allowing us to occupy your beautiful home. We loved it. The house was just right for us, and we had so much fun. We knew the minute we walked in the door we had found the right place for us. From the welcome sign in the kitchen to the bottle of wine in the living room, we were made to feel welcome right away. You were always considerate in calling before coming over for the lawn maintanence which we appreciated. Your thoughtful calls to alert us to some of the "going ons" in the neighborhood were much appreciated, as were the calls to let us know about the moose by the dam. If we are ever up here vacationing again, you can bet we will look you up to see if the house is available. Thanks again."

"My family stayed for four nights and had a great time! The house was lovely, very clean and kid-friendly. We cooked in a couple of nights and used the gas grill. There are all the comforts of home and one of Maine's great towns - Brunswick - is just steps away. We highly recommend staying here.
The owners were very accommodating as well and reserving the house on line was a snap.
