I am launching my business website soon and I am trying to create a FLASH file INTRO. I have an image that loops, and two audios that I want running at the same time as the looping stream. One of the audios is a speech. The other audio is music. The looping video has not been purchased yet, because I need some help figuring out which one I need. I have to choose between the following:

Size Resolution File size
Small Web 320×180 px @ 25 fps 14.46 MB
Big Web 640×360 px @ 25 fps 48.22 MB
HD 720 1280×720 px @ 25 fps 158.73 MB
HD 1080 1920×1080 px @ 25 fps 339.91 MB

I also want to have text effects (the words from the speech audio) worked in either over the looping .MOV file, (I could get a MP4 or WMV version but don't really mind getting the higher quality files), or worked around it if I have to compromise. Flash files are not my thing. I have no idea what I am doing, and need someone to put this together for me. I'd be happy to pay you a reasonable fee.

Please respond if you are capable of doing this for me. Please include: A sample Flash file you have created, Your name and phone number, questions you may have about the files or specifications that I haven't included, and your compensation requirements. Thanks dearly!
