Located in a historic 200 year old building, the studio is close to downtown but on a quiet residential street. It is just one block to the library, bookstore, post office and all the lovely shops. It is on the shore of the Damariscotta River with wonderful views from inside and out. The large windows with exposure to the East, South and West make it bright and cheerful and the high ceilings make it feel more spacious.
It is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, dishware and cookware. There is a firm double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
All utilities, wifi, cable, off street parking and plowing are included.
First, last and security deposit. References required. A small pet will be considered with a non-refundable fee of $100.
