Everything is included, heat, hot water, electricity. We do require a $500 dollar security deposit and a $250 dollar pet deposit ( if applicable) We only allow dogs and only 1 dog per room. Deposits are refundable after your stay as long as the room is in the condition as when you arrived. CREDIT CHECK required! 2 week minimum stay!
