I’m currently in a rent-to-own agreement through Maine Real Estate Management, and the new buyer would take over that contract (it’s set to be paid off in 2030). Because of that, anyone interested will need to apply and be approved through them before moving in.
Just to be clear—I’m listing this myself since I hold the contract, so you won’t see it on their website, but you will work directly with Maine Real Estate Management for the approval and paperwork.
I am trying to move to another property they have available August 1st so want to find someone qualified to take over the contract soon so I can get our new property secured.
