Lovely, renovated house in the heart of the Port Clyde Village. All new floors, paint, kitchen and bathroom.
The home is fully furnished.
Home has 3 bedrooms, plus a washer and dryer, on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with TV. Guest bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. Third bedroom has two twin beds. On the 1st floor is a large eat-in kitchen, with a center island with seating for 5. Kitchen has all new appliances. Bathroom is 3/4 size with a large shower.
There is a new propane heater for the 1st floor, plus a new propane heater for the 2nd floor. There is also a gas fireplace.
Outside is a full deck with a barbecue and fire pit, with adirondack wooden chairs.
They are kayaks and bicycles on site that can be used.
On site parking in the driveway for 2+ vehicles.
Monthly rent is $1750. Requires 1st month and last month, plus security deposit. References are required. Max occupancy is 4 persons. We may consider pets.
The landlord pays for lawn maintenance and water/sewer costs. Tenant is responsible for heat (propane), cable and electricity, plus rubbish removal and driveway clearing in the winter months.
The beach is a 5 minute walk. The Marshall Point Lighthouse is a 10 minute walk. 2 minutes to the main pier.
(You can leave a small boat tied to the public pier year round).
Tenants Harbor is 7 minutes away by car. Rockland is 20 minutes away.
