The Beaches Guest Rooms and Cottages is offering weekly rates for the winter. We have the following room types available (not all room types always available):
1 Queen Efficiency $275 per week
2 Queen Bed Motel Room $325 per week
2 Queen with Kitchenette Motel Room $375 per week
All rooms have refrigerator, microwave, shower, Smart TV with streaming services (must have own sign-in) and wifi. All utilities included.
Parking for one car per room on site.
*Pool is CLOSED for winter and rooms DO NOT come with linens, pillows, towels etc*
Rates range from $275 to $375 per week (one time $99 non refundable cleaning deposit and possible extra fee depending on occupancy)
Dog Friendly with a pet fee of $75 per week per pet with a max of 2 pets
This motel is conveniently located on Route in Wells. We are a 10 minute drive to I-95. 30 Minutes north from Portsmouth, NH and 40 minutes south from Portland, ME.
