This is very majestic, magical, mystical, and totally shamanic. It has such good vibes and feels very harmonious.

I was unable to locate the artist through many Inuit gallery inquiries, but they all said it was very unusual because it was more of a Native American/First Nations theme and not typical Inuit, they'd never seen anything like it before. It's very heavy- best moved by 2 people, although I've carried it myself once or twice. It's been in storage since it was purchased from the Canadian dealer in the 1980's. He was driving a bunch of sculptures to a New York gallery and his truck broke down here, so he sold one of the sculptures to a local shopkeeper to pay for repairs.
Just try to find any Baffin Island Serpentine sculpture this size for under $3500 or more! Such a deal!
