One-of-a-kind antique primitive cupboard with original blue crackly paint. The blue is a cross between cerulean blue and Aegean blue. The paint is beautifully crackled, but not flaky (does not come off on your hands).
Makes a terrific nightstand, with room for books, etc., in the bottom compartment, a good-sized drawer, and a large enough space on top for a lamp, plant, book, etc.
Measurements:
Height (to top of the trim): ~35”
Height (to top surface): ~28-1/2”
Width: 19”
Depth of bottom: 13-3/8”
Depth of top surface: 14-1/4”
The surface on top is 22-1/8” wide x 13” deep (13-1/2 including beveled edge).
Has a few imperfections (shown in pics; please ask if you’d like more pics), including:
[1] The sides of the trim on top have raw edges (looks like the cupboard was cut to fit into a particular space), and there’s a notch in the top on both sides.
[2] Drawer knob is a stub (could use a new knob).
[3] Latch (that keeps cupboard door closed) needs to be replaced.
From a smoke-free home with one kitty.
