We are an established, insured, small construction company specializing in masonry, hardscape, and general contracting work. We are exploring creative trade or partial-trade arrangements in exchange for a rental property, long-term housing solution, or land.

What we offer:
• High-end masonry & hardscape installations
• General contracting & property improvements
• Average project size: $80,000–$120,000
• Ability to dedicate 80 man-hours per week to a project

• Rental home, apartment, or caretaker-style arrangement
• Raw land or buildable land strongly considered
• Open to Massachusetts
