This boat has had special care from the time she was commissioned by the first owner located in Mayland and used for day sailing around the Chesapeak Bay. The next owner continued the special care in Bristol, Rhode Island. This owner added value with Non-skid Interlux deck. We purchased her in 2012 and day sailed for four years in the Mid Coast region of Maine. The hull bottom has been soda blast cleaned with a new epoxy barrier coats on the bottom before the ablative bottom was applied. The boat has been covered during all the winters. In 2018 the hull and deck were tested clear for moisture within deck laminate. I would expect the boat to continue for a longer life with cruising around the islands of Maine or any other coastal use.
