36’ Mariner sloop.
“I’ll owe you one”
Many updates. New bimini and dodger, saloon cushions, rebuilt Universal 5432 4 cylinder diesel. 2004 sails, minimal use, crisp. Harken furler. New blocks, mainsheet, halyards and sheets. 6’4” interior headroom, large cockpit, ZERO exterior varnish to maintain. Solar on davits keeps batteries 100% always. Runs the tv, interior fans, anchor light etc. and turns right over in the morning.
She’s an old boat, always could use updates/upgrades. Yes some portlights leak, and are cloudy, the head needs a new toilet seat, the 120/12 volt inverter is new in the box and needs to be installed to existing wiring, Stove rebuilt, needs propane tank and hose, floors creak, main winches not self tailing. I know, and I’ve taken her as far as my budget will allow. Not going to haggle over what you think it needs. Buy it and do whatever you want. None of these items prevented my crew from taking week long cruises and if they would keep you from doing the same, this is not the boat for you.
