1984 Hunter 37 w/ swim platform. All wiring & plumbing replaced. Has solar power w/ 4 deep cell batteries. Has new stainless steel water heater. Cutlass bearing been replaced. Radar is new still in box. New GPS and plotter still in box. Has autopilot. 18hp Yanmar replaced w/ 50hp Yolvo Penta MD22L from dealership. Alcohol store replaced w/ 3 burner gas w/ 10 gal aluminum tank. Has fendei, 2 CQR anchors, and all docklines are
5/8 Samson. Running rigging new in box. Standard rigging was MP tested and in good shape. Mast has been repainted. Sails are also in good condition. Bottom has been sand blasted and expoxy coated. Deck is solid-no soft spots. Comes with many extras too many to list. There's nothing wrong with the boat.
Over $20000 has been invested. Sacrificing the boat for $6000 due to health issues and unable to continue the project.
Will consider trades of equal value.
