*Once a year, clients who have fullfilled at least 5 treatments that same year, will receive a same duration 50% off massage on a clients birthday🎁

Massage treatment sequences are focused and flexible. Treatments encompass Swedish tissue massage techniques, medium to deep pressure, sport/joint range of motion focus, shiatsu (Japanese tradition treatment), and reflexology techniques. I provide therapuetic massage oils, aromatherpy with essential oils, incense, and creams. I will accomodate your preferences and most sensitivities/needs. I offer a safe, clean, and comfortable space with great location close to the Maine Health Biddeford Campus Hospital and Maine Turnpike's Biddeford exit.
I also offer online and in person personal training, yoga therapy, and cardiovascular programming. I offer complimentary trial sessions for all. Please inquire upon further information.
