If you work in construction, excavation, utility construction/maintenance or logging, these are quality steel toed pac boots. These boots offer serious foot protection from cuts, punctures, impact, chain saw cuts, etc. and they are rebuildable. Made by a 4th generation company based in Kellogg, ID, they could last you the remainder of your life. This set has rebuilt [replaced] bottoms, and has had very little wear. I worked in excavation & construction; have retired so am not in need of these any longer. Boots come with a 2nd set of felt liners [one set is Thinsulate], extra nylon laces & false tongues. Use these with a boot dryer, and you'll have warm dry feet every day. Comfort range 30 degrees to -20 degrees depending on socks. Height is 10".
