We are looking for a creative bartender/mixologist who is interested in making scratch cocktails and helping to make Meanwhile a cocktail destination. Someone who is interested in creating and inventing new fresh ingredient “made to order” cocktails, as well as a spin on classics. We want someone who is interested in worldly cocktail trends. We are putting out new signature cocktails on a regular basis. Ideally we want someone who can follow instruction for recipe and presentation, who is not opposed promoting themselves and the company.
We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, who can keep a clean bar and a clean appearance. We have a top notch European and local beer list as well as a strong wine and champagne list. Ideally the bartender can handle a few tables.
We require a person who is ready for all-encompassing solo bartending – craft cocktails, wine, beers, soft drinks. Ordering, stocking, clean, neat.
Applicants should have bartending experience, basic wine and beer skills, confidence, finesse, energy, & above-average communication skills.
It is very important that this person take this job seriously & know how to work cooperatively with a small group of people who take pride in their work.
Intelligence & creativity are both welcome & necessary.

- food knowledge

- proper wine, champagne, beer, cocktail, coffee/tea service
- comfortable using a tray during service
- sales person quick to make knowledgeable suggestions with food and drinks
- friendly server with good personality
- able to work with a multicultural team
This is not a fine dining restaurant but we do expect great service. We need servers with at least 3+ year restaurant experience in the Front of the House (fine dining preferred). Training according to the etiquette of the restaurant will be given. We have two sommeliers on site. Wine list always in evolution. The right person is eager to learn and adapt with daily changing menu’ from food, to wine list to craft cocktails.
