We are a small but fast paced bar and restaurant cooking inspired latin cuisine with local Maine ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide guests through complex cocktail and spirits menus.
Anticipate guest needs to deliver seamless table service.
Collaborate with bartenders to ensure accurate, timely orders.
Execute pristine table maintenance and clearing.
Process payments efficiently using our POS system.
Experience:
1+ years serving or bartending.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Skills: Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.
