We are looking for a vibrant, skilled Bartender to join our team. Our concept focuses on authentic Latin small plates paired with a curated craft cocktail program. We are a 2 time Tales of the Cocktail Nominee.
What You’ll Do: Craft exceptional beverages: Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks—specializing in Latin spirits like pisco, cachaça, and tequila—accurately and efficiently.
Guide the Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and offer expert recommendations on food and drink pairings.
Master the Menu: Maintain deep knowledge of our small plates menu to assist with "running food" and answering ingredient questions.
Maintain the Bar: Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized according to health and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or craft cocktail environment.
Passion: A genuine love for Latin cuisine, spirits, and hospitality.
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work well within a "pooled house" or team environment.
Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts and late nights.
Certification: TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification is a major plus.
