A true hands-on leader, personality plus who is able to effectively flow between FOH and BOH with ease.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
2-3 years' General Manager Restaurant experience
Must have experience in both FOH and BOH Operations and Customer Service
Ability to work 50-55 hours per week, including nights and weekends
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of at least 50 employees
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Solid Understanding of P&L, COGS, and Labor
Culinary Background is preferred but not required
