Seeking a talented Seasonal Sushi Chef to join our culinary team during our busy winter season. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in sushi preparation, impeccable knife skills, and a passion for high-quality ingredients.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki, and specialty rolls with precision and consistency
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety and product freshness
• Assist with menu innovation, seasonal specials, and weekend features
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Work collaboratively with an an amazing kitchen team known for excellence, creativity, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a sushi chef (restaurant or catering environment)
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with sushi rice, fish handling, and traditional techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork
• Reliability during peak season (December–April)
