Location: Higgins Beach Inn (Scarborough, ME)
Hours: May through October 2019, Breakfast: 6a - 12p Dinner: 2p - 11p (can be a combination of those shifts)
Pay Rate: Hourly, competitive wage.

Experience: Previous experience is preferred.
Job Summary: We're looking for line cooks to help with our breakfast and/or our dinner programs at Higgins Beach Inn. This position is great for someone who has experience cooking in the kitchen and is looking for a rewarding change and to learn new skills or for someone who has limited kitchen skills and is looking to gain more experience in the kitchen. Both the Cold Line Cook and the Hot Line Cook can be a part-time, or full-time positions with some flexibility in days of the week.
