New wooden Anderson cellar window and frame. This is a single pane glass with screen. It has a small crack where the latch screws were put in but still useable. Corner of screen has a hole. The window does reverse to open up or down. This is a solidly made, outside frame is 23 1/4" H by 32 1/4" W. Call 356-0824
