Zinsser Jomax house cleaner and mildew killer is a powerful concentrate that’s mixed with water and bleach to eliminate mold and mildew from exterior surfaces. One gallon of concentrate makes 20 gallons of cleaner. I have four gallon-size containers which sell for $25+ each in Home Depot and Lowes. I will sell mine for $15/container.
