25 feet long, fabric cover projects 103” out from fascia mount, high end waterproof Ferrari 504 fabric, very good condition. Nine rafters spaced 36” on center, pipe frame connections use slip fittings secured by set screws, Three vertical posts support 25’front bar. Installation advice available as I fabricated, installed & disassembled this awning. Previous owners are having deck this awning had sheltered demolished for a new framed porch. Slant or pitch is flexible, from flat to pretty steep. 25’ length could be reduced. Options for other than fascia mount.
