Hanging weights are estimated between 170 and 250 lbs. Pigs are Yorkshire/Berk crosses or Duroc/Berk crosses, raised in the woods (oak, beech, and pine trees) and fed organic ration.
Will be processed by West Gardiner Beef at the beginning of March.
$200 non-refundable deposit, remainder due after processing and before pick up. Buyer pays butcher/processing fees.
