Ford 1600 tractor It has PTO,and 3 point hitch. It does not run,and needs a battery. The twin cylinder diesel was rebuilt ,it ran for about 400 hours,then would not start. The motor turns free,but doesn't run. This is a project,that i have not got too.The tires are filled with ballast.
