Couple iso apartment w/ parking in Portland area (Portland)

I am currently in the search for a 1-2 bedroom apartment in the Portland/Westbrook area around mid August. There will be two occupants and two cats. We are quiet, responsible, and very clean. One of us used to own a cleaning company in Bar Harbor, so you can trust we would take care of any apartment. I require parking nearby because I am handicapped and I have had a hard time finding apartments that accommodate. Our budget is $2,500 a month and we are happy to take over an existing lease for the right place. Please email me with any questions.
