Seeking Roommate (Maine)

My name is Mike and I'm looking for a roommate to share rent for a 2-bedroom apartment in southern Maine.
I'm 34 years old, I work full-time, I have two bachelor's degrees, a credit score of 768, and continuous housing references available from Jan. 2017-present with zero missed or late payments.
I have no kids, am single, don't smoke, drink, or use drugs, and I have no pets. I'm very reasonable and practical as a roommate and I generally spend most of my time at work or out of the house on my days off.
My budget is $1,100 per month, which would allow us both to afford a 2-bedroom apartment at a maximum price of $2,200 per month. My goal of course is to find the cheapest 2-bedroom apartment available and I'm hoping to land one in the range of about $1,600 per month.
