Handyman / Property Services Technician (Full-Time)
Starting at $20/hour – Raise Opportunity Within 90 Days +Paid work hour drive time.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills every day. No two jobs are the same. One day you might be replacing a toilet, the next repairing drywall, troubleshooting/assessing an electrical issue, installing flooring, unclogging a drain, replacing light fixtures, or completing general repairs at commercial properties.
This is not a job where someone stands over your shoulder. After training, you'll be expected to drive directly to assigned locations and complete jobs on your own while communicating with the office throughout the day.
What You'll Be Doing
General handyman repairs
Basic plumbing repairs and toilet unclogging
Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting, etc.)
Drywall, painting, flooring, and miscellaneous repairs
Troubleshooting maintenance issues
Keeping job sites clean and professional
Taking photos and documenting completed work
Requirements
Reliable vehicle (required)
Valid driver's license
Basic set of hand tools
Comfortable working independently
Good problem-solving skills
Dependable, honest, and self-motivated
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
Experience
General handyman experience is preferred, but attitude is more important than knowing everything. If you're mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and take pride in your work, we'll teach you the rest.
Pay
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
Performance review within the first 90 days
Raises are based on reliability, quality of work, productivity, and ability to work independently.
