Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman or Skilled Laborer to join our team. This role will involve hands-on work in the field as well as the ability to lead or assist with managing job sites, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities
Perform general construction tasks including framing, finish work, and site prep
Assist with or oversee day-to-day job site operations
Read and interpret plans and project specifications
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Coordinate with subcontractors and team members
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate progress and any issues with management
Qualifications:
Experience in residential construction (framing, siding, finish work preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Leadership experience (for foreman-level candidates)
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
