Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. This position involves assisting with a variety of construction tasks on residential job sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade, grow within the company, and be part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks on job sites
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist skilled trades (carpentry, framing, finishing, etc.)
Follow directions from supervisors and foreman
Use basic hand and power tools safely
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Basic knowledge of construction is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction
Valid driver’s license preferred
