We are looking for 1–2 reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Techs to join our small but growing team.
We provide high-quality cleaning services for residential homes and vacation rentals throughout the Bath/Midcoast area. We’re looking for people who are dependable, trustworthy, and take real pride in doing excellent work.
No professional cleaning experience required — we can train you. We’re looking for the right people.
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours/week
Typical hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Bath + surrounding areas
Position type: Independent contractor
Must have availability at least 3 days per week. Scheduling is flexible and work is available throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends.
This position is available immediately. Seasonal applicants are welcome, but we are especially interested in finding team members who would like steady work into the fall and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cleaning and resetting vacation rental homes between guests
Helping with detailed residential cleanings
Following clear cleaning checklists and systems
Using high-quality, non-toxic cleaning products
Communicating updates after each clean
Helping maintain the high standard our clients know and trust
We provide core cleaning products, clear checklists, and job-specific tools as needed. Cleaning Techs bring a few basic items of their own, including a vacuum, cleaning rags, and other small supplies.

This is active, physical work. You must be comfortable being on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving for several hours at a time (typically no more than 6 hours/day).
You Must have:
Reliable transportation to travel to homes in the Bath area
Availability at least 3 days/week
Good communication via text
You don’t need years of cleaning experience. You do need to be the type of person who naturally cares about cleanliness, organization, and leaving a space better than you found it.
If you’re someone who notices crumbs on a counter, crooked pillows, fingerprints on glass, or the details others miss — you’ll probably do very well here.
