Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Groundskeeper to support facility operations for a multi-unit property. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on technician who takes pride in their work and can assist with all aspects of property maintenance and groundskeeping.
Position Summary
The Groundskeeper will assist in maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property under the direction of the Assistant or Building Superintendent. The role includes a wide variety of responsibilities for groundskeeping and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain the grounds including lawncare, outdoor cleaning, plant and tree maintenance, etc
Respond to emergency maintenance needs including snow removal or fire response
Complete incident reports within 24 hours when needed
Maintain communication with Superintendent and/or Property Manager regarding maintenance requests
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of groundskeeping experience or similar experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and time management skills
Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Must use proper safety equipment at all times
