CR Property Management LLC is looking for a reliable, hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
This position involves maintaining residential rental properties in the Lewiston/Auburn and Central Maine area. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and solving problems.
Job Duties:
General apartment repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Drywall repair and painting
Unit turnovers
Installing doors, locks, and hardware
Replacing light fixtures, faucets, toilets, and smoke detectors
Snow removal and seasonal property maintenance (when needed)
Responding to maintenance requests
Working with outside contractors when needed
Requirements:
Experience in general maintenance, construction, or property maintenance preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Own basic hand tools are a plus
