We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team working on a unique retreat complex project in Gray, located on Little Sebago Lake. In addition to this exciting build, we also provide ongoing restaurant maintenance and general property maintenance services throughout the Portland area.
Position Details:
Full-time or part-time opportunity
Work includes construction, property maintenance, and restaurant maintenance
Projects primarily based in Gray and the greater Portland area
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
401(k) benefits available
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
