Construction laborer to work on projects in the Portland, ME area. Duties may include but not limited to:
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools and distribute them to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications
• Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures
• Demolition experience a plus
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE an OSHA 10 certificate and at least one year of construction experience. Commercial experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and focus on safety and quality is required.
Pay is based on experience, background, and references.
