Season typically starts 1st week in April and ends the 1st week of December.
Gardening tasks would include installing garden designs, weeding, deadheading, mulching, composting, plant shopping, edging, pruning, vegetable garden planting and maintenance, container planting, and more. We don't mow or plow. Just garden.
The perfect applicant for the position would have at least 2 years estate gardening and maintenance experience, be highly knowledgeable in plant identification, have a great eye for detail, be passionate about the job and care about doing great work. They would also have previous experience in management or leading a small team, be physically fit, and able to lift heavy items.

We run a 4 day work work. Mon-Thurs 7am to 5pm. Meet at our shop in Westbrook on 302.
We work on the ocean a lot...so lunchtime dips are a bonus :)
