I'm seeking an experienced roofer to do everything-- not a crew. You should have a minimum of 15 years of roofing experience that includes using a variety of high end roofing materials. Otherwise, how would anyone know if your work stands up over time? Quality work is what's important for this job--not speed. If you are the person. There are no known issues with this roof, but doing projects by the hour is how I like to do them. I want you to know upfront that if we run into unexpected problems, you will be paid to take care of them properly. There is no interest here in working with anyone seeking to do this on a fixed price or pricing per square.
