For sale is a 2020 Fender Char Mustang with Fender Vintage Style matching case, made in Japan, in mint condition with upgrades, including locking tuners, 1965-designed Fender pickups. Designed for one of Japan's most influential guitarists, Char's signature Mustang model features a Strat-style vibrato unit, a satin neck profile finish, modern 9 1/2" fretboard radius, redesigned switching and repositioned knobs so that volume swells can be more easily achieved akin to a Stratocaster.
Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and thick slab rosewood fretboard for a balanced, clear acoustic tone. Plugged in, the pickups deliver plenty of signature Fender sparkle and spank, twangy at the bridge and smooth and round at the neck. This Char Mustang is featherweight at 6lbs 7oz, professionally setup at Musician's 1st Choice in Augusta, low action and accurate intonation.
