This Martin D-X2E 12-string retails for about $750 without the Martin soft shell case. I've had it for about a year and a half and I love it but I have way too many guitars and need to sell some. This guitar is in "mint" condition. No scratches, nicks, dings, fading, nothing. Asking $500 which is a firm price.
