Jamming with knowledge of music theory (Wiscasset)

Would like to find someone that has basic knowledge of music theory that would like to create, and can improvise.

For instance if we are jamming you can stop and say I’m modulating from c to d by using whatever path or you could say hey I’m gonna play 1-4-5 in Ab.
