ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.
+Recruiting, on-boarding, and handling employee payroll and benefits
+Handle Seasonal Staff recruiting process via designated agencies, including interview, on-boarding, housing, and other related processes
+Knowledgeable in Payroll management software. Responsible for proper payroll process on a weekly basis
+Plans and administers benefit programs for the associates such as health insurance, life insurance, worker's compensation, 401K retirement plan and other plans.
+Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Ensures company required standards training is completed.
+Manage and maintain proper associate files
+Prepare daily deposits, and cash handling
+Processing invoices for accounts payable
