Receptionist and Garage Administrator (Portland, ME)

DIRIGO Management Company is now seeking applications for a permanent full-time dual-role position that will handle administrative support for a parking garage in the morning with afternoon receptionist duties.

Garage administrative responsibilities include
• Process monthly billing for 500+ parkers
• Answer customer service calls from the garage during business hours
• Set up or delete new parkers, corporate accounts, and validation accounts
• Regular revenue report to the property owner and manager
• Utilize Remote Desktop for various virtual servers
• Configure monthly garage event emails

Afternoon reception responsibilities include
• Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, announcing them appropriately and directing them
• Answering a 10-line telephone system, screening and forwarding incoming callers
• Processing mail
• General administrative and clerical work
• Tidy and maintain reception area as well as kitchen area

Compensation includes a full benefit package of health, dental, life and simple IRA.
