Looking for an experienced Receptionist-Office Assistant for a busy property management business in Kennebunk. Position requires a positive, friendly, self-starting person to interact with owners of condominiums and tenants of apartments and in house office staff. Experience with a multi line phone system is preferred. To succeed in this position, the applicant must be able to multi-task on a regular basis. Other duties to include computer data entry, filing, banking, ordering supplies, photocopying. Strong attention to detail is necessary. Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in when necessary to meet company deadlines is also required.
